The complete Danish collection consists of H.C. Andersen's fairy tale book "The Ugly Duckling", a game board illustrating the duckling's journey in the story (in Danish), and the wooden figure "The Ugly Duckling", which is a character in itself, but also plays an important role in bringing the story to life. Move the duckling around the game board as part of the questions at the end of the book.
The wooden figure "The Ugly Duckling" is exquisitely crafted, with its body carved from beech wood, its beak made of brass, and its feet from black silicone, which can also be purchased in other beautiful colours. Each part is detachable, allowing you to create an infinite number of expressions by moving the body or twisting the brass beak to alter the overall look. It is made from eco-friendly rubberwood/beech, BPA-free silicone, and a brass beak. Dimensions: 13x9x11 cm. The packaging and the book cover (board game) are in English on the wood, while the instructions and the book are in Danish, as shown in the picture.
This complete collection makes an ideal gift and a super beautiful set for occasions such as baptisms, birthdays, etc.
Free engraving: Personalise the figure by having a name and optionally a date laser-engraved. The engraving is done at the bottom of the duckling's body. Since the eyes can be freely rotated, you can choose whether the engraving should be visible from the front or back. The duckling will undoubtedly bring great joy - A unique gift for someone you cherish.
Please note: It is emphasised that engraving typically begins immediately after the order is received by Name2you.
