Christmas hearts with names from H.C. Andersen Home
The Christmas hearts from the H.C. Andersen Home series by Nordahl Andersen feature motifs from the fairy tales, such as Clumsy Hans, The Tinderbox, Ballerina, Tin Soldier and Fir Branch. Several of the hearts are made of 18 carat gold-plated brass. The hearts measure 8 x 8 cm, have a red felt insert and come with a red ribbon, so they can hang on the Christmas tree or be used as decoration in the home.
The engraving appears in dark tones at the top right of the heart. A Christmas heart with a name is a lovely gift for children with their name and date of birth, for a baby's first Christmas or with the year of the coming Christmas. The Christmas heart of the year 2026 is "The Steadfast Tin Soldier" in 18 carat gold-plated brass. From the same fairy tale there is a box with 3 mini ornaments: a paper cone, a Christmas heart and an ornament of 4.5 x 6 cm, all with a red ribbon. In the box, only the Christmas heart is engraved.
Woven Christmas hearts in 8, 10 and 15 cm
The classic woven Christmas heart is also available gold-plated in the H.C. Andersen Home series. It comes in 8, 10 and 15 cm and, like the other hearts, has a red felt insert and a red ribbon for hanging. On the woven hearts the engraving is placed at the top right on both sides of the heart.
Ornaments from the fairy tales
In addition to the hearts, there are gold-plated ornaments with figures from the fairy tales. The "Tin Soldier" ornament is 9 cm tall and is both an original paper cut by Hans Christian Andersen and a figure from the fairy tale The Tinderbox. Here the engraving is placed on the soldier's legs. The "Clumsy Hans" ornament measures 4.5 cm and is plated with 18 carat gold. Here space is very limited, and the engraving is placed on the animal's head.
Christmas ornaments from Elf idea
