LUMBER - Building & Construction

Journeyman's gift for the carpenter – celebrate the craft of precision

A carpenter builds with their hands and thinks with their eyes. Every piece of wood cut, every joint that fits, every house that takes shape – it is the result of carpentry at its finest. To qualify as a carpenter is to become a co-author of something permanent. This calls for a gift that is on par.

The LUMBER figure by Maya Soele is designed to honor the carpenter. With its distinctive figure that captures the soul of the profession, it is a sculpture that speaks louder than words. It is the journeyman's gift for the carpenter that stands out from all the generic options.

Danish design for Danish craftsmanship

Maya Soele is a Danish design brand that focuses on vocational education. The LUMBER figure is created with a love for carpentry and with the craftsmanship that a good carpenter would themselves approve of: precise, well-thought-out, and durable.

The figure is crafted in high quality and appears as a true design object. It is delivered in beautiful packaging – ready to be the perfect journeyman's gift, anniversary gift, or gift for the carpenter who has just built their first home.

Free engraving – the gift that is remembered

At Name2you, engraving the gift is free. Choose a name, date, and a greeting, and we will engrave it directly onto the figure. It takes a moment to choose the text – and it creates a memory for life.

A gift with engraving is not just a gift. It is an invitation to remember: who gave it, when, and what it meant.

Who is the LUMBER figure ideal for?

The LUMBER figure is the obvious journeyman's gift for newly qualified carpenters and everyone in wood and construction. It is popular with: The foremen on site who want to celebrate an apprentice's qualification with a high-class gift Parents and family who are proud and want to give something that lasts as long as carpentry Classmates as a joint gift for the carpenter who was always best with nails Friends who know what it means to complete a tough and demanding vocational education

Carpentry is one of Denmark's oldest and proudest crafts. It deserves a gift of the same caliber.
